When did Cropia release?

Cropia released on August 13, 2026.

Is Cropia free to play?

No. Cropia is a paid game on Steam. Check the store page for current regional pricing and any active launch discounts.

What Steam features does Cropia include?

Cropia includes Steam Achievements, Full controller support, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing, plus custom volume controls and save-anytime support.

What can I do in Cropia?

Farm and harvest crops, raise and care for animals (from chickens to larger livestock), go fishing, mine for resources, explore forests and shores, and build friendships with townsfolk while working toward city targets.

How do I get started?

Start with the core loop: plant your first fields, raise a few animals, then branch into fishing, mining, and the community at your own pace. See our Beginner's Guide for a gentle on-ramp.

Where can I buy Cropia?

On the official Steam store page. There is no separate official website or Discord listed, so Steam is the reliable place to buy and get the demo.

How much does Cropia cost on Steam?

The US Steam store reported $14.99 USD with no discount active when we checked on September 3, 2026. Sales come and go, so confirm the price on the store page before buying. See every verified store fact.

Is there a Cropia trainer or cheat menu?

No official one exists. The Steam store listing (checked September 4, 2026) publishes no trainer, cheat menu, console commands, or mod support for Cropia, and the game is single-player. The officially supported comfort options are the accessibility features (Custom Volume Controls, Playable without Timed Input, and Save Anytime) plus the Pause-on-Open-Menu option added in patch v1.0.04, which covers most of the reasons players go looking for third-party tools. This site does not write about or link to game modifications. See the store features behind this answer.

Is Cropia good? Is it worth buying?

We do not hand down verdicts, but the verifiable snapshot is this: the Steam store labeled Cropia Very Positive, with 87% of 56 user reviews (49 positive, 7 negative) as of September 3, 2026. That is a small sample new reviews can still move. A free demo (Steam appid 4067260) lets you test the loop before paying, and the listing shows Windows only. If you want the full picture, including what the store page does not tell you, read our Cropia on Steam page. See price, reviews & the buying checklist.

Does Cropia work on Mac or Linux?

No. The store’s platform fields list Windows as true with Mac and Linux both false, and only Windows PC requirements are published. No Steam Deck compatibility label appears on the listing either.

What are Cropia’s system requirements?

Minimum: Windows 10 64-bit, AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i5-8400, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 970, DirectX 11, and 10 GB of storage. Recommended: Windows 10 64-bit, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7-7700K, 16 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, DirectX 11, and 10 GB of storage. See full requirements table.

What achievements does Cropia have?

The store lists 8 achievements: Townsfolk Confidant, Bountiful Harvest, Citrus Merchant, Octo Wrangler, Sapphire Edge, Emerald Edge, Seed Sower, and Big Haul. The public API exposes the names but not unlock conditions, so the only one detailed on this site is Citrus Merchant: sell 120 oranges through the Shipping Bin or Pawn Shop. See how Citrus Merchant fits your fields.

Is Cropia still getting updates?

Yes. The first post-release patch, v1.0.04 (August 21, 2026), added a Pause-on-Open-Menu option, clearer Save & Exit choices with confirmation prompts, gamepad fixes for the Request Board and Town Supplier Drop Box, and NPC and livestock collision fixes. The patch history is on our 1.0 update page. See full update history.

How do I unlock the Daily Request Board?

It opens at reputation level 8, and reputation only moves through the mailbox main-objectives, so farming, mining, and fishing grinds will not get you there faster. Once unlocked, new request waves arrive at 9:00, 12:00, and 15:00 and anything unfinished expires at night, so loop past the board between chores. See request-board timings & every income stream.
